Preparation of the agar plate for bacterial culture

1. Dissolve 2g of agar powder in 100 ml water.

2. Boil the mixture thouroughly, stir the mixture all the time.

3. sterilize the petri dish(培養皿)

4.Place the petri dish up side down before filling the agar liquid.

5.Quickly fill in the petri dish with agar liquid to 2/3 high.

6.Cover the petri dish with the petri dish cover.

7. Wait to let the agar cool down.

8. Store it in a refrigerator.
